My lease is up on my apartment and i want to buy a home in about 5 months. My credit score is currently 680 and im trying to improve it. I currently have about 3,000 in credit card debt and most all of my cards are at 75- 80% of there limit. If I use my income tax to pay off all my credit card debt how much would it raise my credit and how long will it take to reflect on my credit score?

The problem is, there is a huge mileage difference: My car had 130k miles The comparables they used have 45k and 50k miles That's like an 80k difference. I currently receive unemployment insurance. On the check stub it states that my claim expires on 07/2008, although the balance noted on there is less than what I usually receive. (19m, car driver 3 years, 9 months on bike) and when I try to get a quote for a 600cc bike the price jumps up to $1200 for a bike of the same year (r6), and $1400 for a gixxer. At the same time, it's $450 for a ninja 650r. Are these prices suppose to be right? What's going on?

Who gets what (or how much) from an insurance settlement?

i was involved in 2 car accidents (neither my fault) during my marriage that have ended up in litigation. my other half who wants the divorce, (i feel) is stalling, waiting to see what happens to the settlement before she signs her name. we have no other need for an attorney (dont have anything (else) to fight over). does any of this matter? does it matter when the lawsuit is finalized in relation to the divorce finalization?

Insurance for additional drivers has shot up?

I'm 16 and looking forward to buying my first car, so a few weeks ago i saw that if i was the additional driver on my dad's policy it would only cost around 400. However i have tried a few recently and they all have shot up to 1500+!!!!! Does anyone know why? It's ridicuolous how much they are trying to charge me for first years insurance.
